I have used his office for years.  I mainly see his PA Marcus just because I like him better.  I've also seen Dr. McCain in the same office.

OMG....I went in as a new patient......was totally early, in order to fill out paperwork......I was in there for 2 hrs and 45 minutes to see the dr for 10 minutes....and they totally screwed up my scripts and I can't get them until tomorrow....the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had at a Drs office....

I have used his PA Chad. I haven't had the issues you have but my husband has had paperwork issues there. He will never go back. I just use the office if I can't get in with Dr. Diaz in a timely manner.

Have known of him through people since 1983  I have heard a lot of nightmare stories.  One of my friends went there and she was treated so rudely that she walked out and went to another dr.
