There's an exceptionally nice place in Spring called "The White Flamingo".....it's on Aldine Westfield.  It is located in a strip center which doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it is all crystal and glass and flowers and vintage and shabby chic decor.....plus the food is terrific......now, I haven't been in over a year, so make sure it is still open but I'm sure it is as the owner is a long time local.......

Several in Old Town Spring, which she'll probably love.  

Ellen's Cafe is my favorite, but there's quite a few other great ones there.

The White Flamingo in Spring is still there, I pass right by it when I go to Cypresswood Animal Hospital, it's located in the strip center right before the vet.

Mimi's tea room was disgusting! I went with my mom & we were so excited, but they served us what was literally the most revolting, gas-station, tuna sandwich I've ever eaten.

There is one in Huffman, don't know if its still open or not. My absolute favorite is called the Teapot Depot in Highlands. So quaint & cozy with great food.
