i have to trust that the jury heard evidence we are not privy to. I trust they made the right decision regardless of what I saw on the video.

Now it's time for the rest of the story.
Michael Barry is interviewing various people who were involved with the case. Some info that didn't appear in the news story includes:
- Police visited the young man who had been kicked, and they interviewed him about the arrest. He, the young man, said he was not injured, and he wanted to forget about it. He later contacted Quanell, and they filed a multi million dollar law suit.
- A 220+ pound officer supposedly kicked the young man. The video shows the leg moving, but not any connecting. The young man had no injuries. If a 220 lb man kicks you in the neck, do you think you'd have at least a bruise?
- The young man was not alone. Three of his pals were involved in the burglary, and they all resisted arrest. The officer on trial in this case was in the video for 3 1/2 seconds. He had to run off to help officers with another of the resisting arrest burglars.
- Our mighty mayor did not attend the trial, did not see or hear any of the evidence, and did not speak with the young man or with any of the police. She expressed an opinion based on 100% ignorance of the case.

The video shows the police kicking. It does not show that they connected, or that they intended to connect.
The "victim", who was innocently burgling a place along with three of his happy go lucky, friendly buddies, said he wasn't hurt. He was resisting arrest, thrashing around, swinging at the police.

Well I guess if Michael "In the closet" Barry says it, it must be true.
The chronicles website shows his injuries to his arms and face. Stray from the words of Michael Barry and check it out.
And yes the video does show them connecting over and over and over again.
