Although it seems inconceivable to most, "it" will happen. Prepare yourself. Prepare a hiking bag with matches, knives, a tent, and a blanket. Purchase some good hiking shoes. Put it away. There will come a time when you will need it.

Start purchasing camping and hiking supplies because you will need it in the future in order to survive. Only those that leave their homes and venture out of the city will have a chance to survive.

Also, buy some books on plants, edible plants, gardening, etc. You will be very thankful that you did. In the future, you will have to gather and grow your own food.

It's sad to know someone lives their lives believing this crap

I agree. Even if everything that they believe ends up being true, why worry about it? Its not something you can change and even if you think you are preparing yourself, those preperations will only go so far.
I am also pretty sure I am selfish enough that I wouldnt be telling others how to survive, that would mean less for me!

Like this guy on a gun forum...He was bragging on his arsenal, showing pictures of all of it all along most of us knew where he lived...I was like WTF you idiot, we all know when you leave to get your kids, we all know where or close to where you live and we all know what you have now...hello?????????????????????????...LOL
Same with stocked up food, seen many post their stash all over the net.....LOL

Honestly if it really did come to this, I would rather be dead than try to live off worms in the woods for days and eventually die slowly. I would want me and my family to be right in the direction of the asteroid or whatever happens. Rather die this way than have my kids see people hurt others and watch people experience this kind of pain then die a slow death anyway.
I should have probably already died a few times but it wasnt my time yet, I am 100% ok with death. I've seen some of my brothers die from traumatic injury and have seen a lot of hatred amongst people. Its not fun, and it is also not easy to pick up a gun, raise it and take somebodys life and live with that. People say they would just shoot others, stock up on guns and ammo, but it isnt that simple.

While all of you are fighting and killing each other, I'm taking off on foot towards the country with all that I can carry on myself and in my hiking bag.
