Ok time to p*ss some parents off. You are a freak if you are breast feeding your kids after 1. If your child can walk, it's bottle time. You should not let your child sleep in the same bed with you..ever. Good luck trying to get them to sleep in their own room when you figure out it is kinda creepy sharing the same bed with your 2 or 3 year old. I hate that people are trying legitimize every weirdo in our society. Some things are just wrong and those things need to be called out.

i think it's "ok"...but not in the american culture. if they lived in a third world culture, i would understand the reasons why.

i know i couldn't do it. 6 months was hard enough. i can't imagine 3 years!

i can see and respect both sides of the coin. however...as far as the cover photo, completely disgusting. not only is the kid going to be PISSED when he gets a little older, but the headline alone is beyond disgusting. "are you mom enough?" are you freaking kidding me? as if you're less of a mother if you don't let your kid breastfeed until they're married. give me a break.

i will say TIME did exactly what they wanted. they got everyone's attention. but i still won't buy the magazine.

I can't respect the other side of the coin. Just wrong. Speaking of breastfeeding, I hate when the mom just whips boob out in front of everyone and starts feeding. OR when they don't cover up (when in public).
