Just came across some of their grand opening info. I could have sworn someone from Nothing Bundt Cakes came on ADC & said they were opening May 4th, but here is a list of their grand opening dates & info I just came across here on KDC. Thought I would share.

The bakery will host several grand opening activities beginning May 16 and continuing with various activities over the weekend.
Grand opening celebrations include:
Wednesday, May 16
10:00 a.m. – Ribbon cutting with the Lake Houston Chamber of Commerce
Friday, May 18
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. – 20 percent of all proceeds will benefit the Humble ISD Education Foundation
Saturday, May 19
10 a.m. – Free Bundtlets for a year for first 50 customers with purchase
Noon to 2:00 p.m. – Family fun event featuring balloon twisting, face painting and yummy cakes for the whole family!
Nothing Bundt Cakes reintroduces an old family favorite – the Bundt cake - with a fresh, clean look that appeals to all ages. Each cake features custom concept cake decorations that are smart, contemporary and fun, customized to enhance any occasion. Nothing Bundt Cakes offers customers a wide range of cake selections, from Bundtinis – single serving cakes – to larger Bundts that serve up to 18 people and tiered cakes, which serve up to 26 people.

You're crayzay. GiGi's is good! Their chocolate is DRY but I don't like chocolate cake as it is. Everything else is great though. Try champagne. It's really good.
i mean...do you get one whenever you want? or like once a week? i need details! also...i may camp out in my car for this.

@Heathur: I believe that's correct -- they open May 4th, but the "Grand Opening" celebrations are two weeks later...this is fairly common for restaurants as they want to work out the kinks and get everything running smoothly.
