It appears that quite a few dogs are reported missing in the Kingwood area.  Could there possibly be a dog theft ring working in this area?????  If you have lost a dog recently check out craigslist (pets) and some of the other sites.

If dogs could talk, they would basically be as annoying as humans and nobody would want them! I have talking pets, we call them kids!
