So 2 small breed dogs (Chihuahua and Lhasa/Shih Tzu) followed me home from Lakeview Park this morning in Kings River. They are not microchipped.
Anyone missing them out there???
I put a few more signs up this evening and my fingers are getting tired from staying crossed. If it turns out that no one is looking for these dogs they will need a new home. I do not have a lot of free time since having twins so if anyone can help spread the word that these dogs need a home it would be very much appreciated. I'm thinking of maybe seeing if I can get them into a rescue group and I don't mind fostering if anyone can direct me in the right direction. I usually try to find homes for the "homeless" on my own and not rely on rescue groups limited resources but I'm just not in the position to do this on my own right now.
Hi there! I foster for twyla's friends and just wanted to let you know they are a great rescue to find little ones like these a home. If owner not found email twylasfriends@yahoo.com and let them know your situation. They will take care of all vet bills..all you so is give them food and a home. They will go up on petfinder.com and they have adoptions twice a month. I only foster small dogs and they usually go like hotcakes here in Kingwood. ) Thanks for taking them in,so very kind of you!!
