It seems we are getting a nice drenching once a week, so been watering 2 times. Is that enough? My neighbors seem to be watering everyday.

Eh, I think so, till it gets hotter. These mild temps are great! No way we need to water daily right now IMHO.

Haven't been watering at all.  Well have watered once.  A week or so ago.

Otherwise, the rain is doing all I need right now.

It is better to do a couple of deep waterings than shallow watering daily.

With rain 1x week, no need to water the yard. Maybe in the summer months it might require more water. But we aren't in the 90's yet.

At least once a week, a deep soaking.  Not just for the lawn and plants, but also for the house foundation.

Once a week is good with the rain, otherwise at least twice a week until it gets hotter.

I have only watered twice in the last couple of weeks. I had to water after I applied weed and feed and then after a few days of no rain, but with the heavy rains we've had and the midl temps, I haven't had to water much more. The lawn looks great right now.
