What's for dinner at your house??

I've got the crock pot going & the house smells so good. A few weeks ago N&T suggested a pork chop recipe with powdered ranch mix & cream of chicken soup, only this time I'm cooking boneless skinless chicken thighs & added cream of mushroom along wih the ranch and cream o chicken. Also making croissants, rosemary garlic potatoes, salad, & Mac n cheese. There should be leftovers for days too.

@BooBear:

Congrats to your oldest.  That is a good career.  I hope they have a strong stomach.  Lots of suctioning mucus.

Eating some fresh pinapples and strawberries with strawberry cheesecake yogurt and some homeade granola on top.

Probably will have leftover grilled chicken thighs, curried couscous and salad later for dinner.

I am defrosting a large turkey breast for the weekend.  Hoping to get lots of sandwiches, a casserole and soft tacos out of it.

Man, I am starving. Leftovers from Sunday, I am not really feeling them tonight. I have eaten them 3-4 times already this week. Need a change, but hate to waste food.

I always make too much food so I make some homemade frozen dinners. That way I'll always have options for a fast meal.

We ended up at Chuy's. The food was good, service was HORRIBLE.  the delivered only half of our table.  After 10 minutes I had to go ask for our other orders.  They offered us a free desert, no thank you.
