i did it for a week until i almost killed myself by way of beet juice. it was not a good situation

well, the pulp is what screwed me up so bad. my juicer doesn't take out all the pulp...so i guess i should have let it settle and not drank it.

I juiced last night, had couple large glasses of Spiced Rum and 7-up.

No pulp.

yes....that's probably a better term for it. i've made all kinds of juices. one of my favorite is done with asian pears, spinach, ginger root, and some other stuff i can't remember. i also like the savory ones.

Really, I see no advantage to juicing. It's great for an occasional fruit or veggie drink, healthy and all. But some people do it as a diet to lose weight. I don't buy that. The fiber in fruits and veggies is very beneficial and taking the bulk of it out to throw away seems kinda crazy...when honestly, eating the whole fruit or veggie is the most healthy. I love a good carrot juice and some others sometimes, but juicing as a staple, nope.
