Found Yellow Lab

This morning me, my friend and our toddler sons were playing at Elm Grove Park.  There was a yellow lab hanging around the park, playing with the different people, but no one knew to whom he belonged.  He ended up following us when we jogged home from the park. 
He seems very friendly, is kind towards children and seems to be an indoor dog.  He has no tags or identification.

I thought I saw a MISSING sing for a yellow lab on the corner of West Lake Houston and Northpark by the Shell???  I don't get back there much....I think it was Sunday?
