I hate it when i turn on the garbage disposal and hear that awful sound of grinding metal. And realize a spoon must of gotten past me.
And what i really hate is when i am trying to enjoy a bowl of ice cream(right now, actually) and feel that rough little edge on the spoon from where it gotten eaten by the disposal. uggg, just hate that.
ha ha ha....just wait til you start washing baby bottled and the nipples go down the garbage disposal! They don't make a horrible sound, but you will start losing nipples! Gosh....that sounds painful!
don't throw the spoon away ! If your husband has a grinder you can grind off the rough edges & it's as good as new . Just be careful it dosen't take much pressure to grind away the entire spoon (LOL).
Oh you need to get a dremmel tool. They are so handy. But you can get some sand paper for metal, and this will smooth that spoon right out. (see we all know this because we do the same thing
