I think directing people to other GP's that are in rescue is a great thing. When it comes to expensive pure breeds everyone has to be careful the dog does not end up being sold for profit.

Ivan was very lucky then......I am sure he will have a great, happy life. He is going to be much better off now then he would have been with owners that just abandoned him at a groomers. They probably fell in love with a cute puppy without thinking it through, and then in hind-sight realized what a big committment it was. Luckilly they realized this before the dog was full grown, and harder to adopt out.

Anyone remember this Cartoon from the 80's? It was called Belle and Sebastian, and I think it was played on Nicolodean. This was the first time I had heard of a Great Pyrenees, and I fell in love with them.

Meet super sweet 1-2 yr old Barrett! Barrett is a victim of the tough economy. His family was evicted so the animal shelter picked him up. Barrett has beautiful gold eyes with a heart of gold to match! Barrett will give you a little smile when he meets you. Barrett gets along with dogs, cats and kids.

My foster mom thinks im 2-3 yrs old and weigh about 50lbs so yes i need to gain some weight.

I love to have other doggie friends around me especially girl ones! I love to play with the lil boy who im staying with now!

LG is a loving boy loves to go on long walks. He seems to get along with all his foster brothers and sisters but wants a home to call his own.
