Oh no @boobear.

Always get a second opinion if you can. I use Kingwood Air Solutions. Brian, the owner is great. He and his wife are super honest people and he has saved me a ton of money. On the positive, better to find out now, than when it is 110 in the middle of August and no one can come out for a week

That was our 3rd date. So far so good. He's super cool and he's a Cowboys fan so that is a big plus.
