I just order pizza, I was wondering how much should I tip? I usually tip a flat 5.00 dollars because it's just down the street is that too little?

5 is more than I tip the pizza guy. I usually go with 3-4.

That is plenty. I use to deliver pizza in the 1990's. And the average tip was $1-$2. Unless you order a lot of pizzas for a party then tip more than $5

They get minimum wage plus a gas stipen.

Good I thought I was tipping too little. I usually think about the amount for a gallon of gas and go from there.

If it is my normal order I tip 4 or 5.  If it is a large party order I tip more.

$3.00 is my standard. If you look at the receipt there is usually a charge for delivery, even if they advertise free delivery.
