
I've had it off and on for years. I'm a fitness professional so no way to avoid it once I've irritated it. I bought the M.E.L.T. Method- its a Exercise program that uses little balls of varying sizes and hardness to message the feet- very helpful. Also I recently went to Luke's Locker in the Woodlands for new running shoes- Raymond there showed me a different way to lace and tighten certain laces more than others to help. I've been doing that for a week and it has really helped! I make sure I have a shoe with really good arch support. I've been lucky and haven't had to seek out a doc yet
