I was goona say mashed taters but you have mac and cheese so you need greens so Salad, pees, or green beans...etc

All of the above are good suggestions, but you just can't beat mashed potatoes with fried chicken, it's like milk and cookies or PB&J.
A combo meant to be.

i had the oven fried chicken with Stoufers cheesy potatoes w/bacon and a salad with a lemon vinegrette.  And a glass of decaf iced tea.
The chicken came out really good.  I was impressed.

@ N+T, that looks good. And this is the time of night I start to need a snack...looks like it's gonna be soy nuts for now tho. Fried chicken sounds waaay better.

forget the mac & cheese ....have whipped potatoes & asparagus or green beans with cole slaw (yummy ) a real southern dinner.....mac & cheesae has too many carbs  & fat content ....sorry .
