I'm not a huge fan of PB, but I eat it sometimes. I like it creamy. I'm sure the really healthy stuff is best but I like Jif.  If I ate it a lot, I'd try some of the better brands that are healthier.

My son is allergic to peanut butter. Haven't had a peanut butter sandwich in 11 years. Get my peanut butter fix by sneaking some Reeses when at work.
