Haha mogo. That's the part that still makes me nervous when my dogs enter so I am mindful of that when others come in. My issue! Lol. I will be there again on Sunday.

Mogo, if you need to wash them now, you'll REALLY need to wash them after they've been there (if they like the mud pit like mine do).
Have fun y'all! I think we'll stick to weekdays when it's not so busy.

Sk, I was told by another dog oark goer that beginning agility starts on March 17 at 4pm. Call Christine at South Paw in Porter.

Is there still a dog park in Kingwood? I haven't been over there forever.

Is some kind of fee needed to use this park?
YES. Yes, you have to bring beef jerky. Just let me know when you are going and I will be sure to meet you there to collect the jerky fee. (I prefer peppered)

It was a nice morning at the park. I showed up late(10:40 is)) but still plenty of dogs to have fun with. And my dogs are snoozing now.

Zora has had her issues with other dogs and doesn't like the ones that don't follow her rules. So I'm not comfortable taking her to a dog park. I think Colt would love it, but I get too anxious about everyone else's dogs. I feel like everyone should watch their dogs as closely as I watch mine, but sadly a lot don't. Mine were loving the weather today though! They were doing the crazy run, you know, ears back, tongue out, butt tucked, big eyes?!?! It cracks me up when they do that.

Thanks for the info, Lola. I'll call South Paw.
@Jpgurl, I doubt that was us your friend was referring to. I'm pretty non-confrontational (like my dogs ) and would never ask anyone else to leave. Rather, I just remove my dogs from a volatile situation. The day that one particular dog got into it with three other dogs, the woman who brought the dog said she was a foster, and she was a little "fussy." She had two other dogs with her. That dog was way more than "fussy!"
