Handyman Service Technician Job

Job Description:
Perform repairs and maintenance on customer's homes, inside and outside.
Technician must provide their own tools and will be provided a company vehicle and associated gas for work travel.

Skills Required:
7-10 Years minimum experience in construction, handyman business or home repair/maintenance.
Skills:
Carpentry (trim and framing), drywall repair, painting, repair/replace faucets, installation of light fixtures, ceiling fans and curtain rods, caulking, door repair and other home and light commercial repairs.

Professional appearance/image and good communication skills for customer service are required.

Good driving record.
Clean background check and drug screen.
References required.

Compensation:
Ranges from $14 to $20 per hour of billable time based on experience and skill set.
Opportunity for bonus pay is available.
