Size- approximate 18-24 months. This one is made with black and hot pink tool, zebra print ribbon, and has jewels through the tutu. Never worry about this being TOO tight because of its bow tie mechanistic, it can only be as tight as you make. As a mother myself, I wanted to make sure that would never be an issue.

Waist once tied is aprox. 19 in
Length is aprox.10 in.
