We are getting new furniture, so we need this gone today. 3 years old, but still is good condition. No tears, holes, or obvious wear. It does need a good cleaning though. Great family sofa, would be great for the rec. room. We are located in Eagle Springs. It comes in 2 pieces, and you will need a pick-up truck or van to transport it.
