Found male terrier missing an eye. Very Sweet!

Mostly white and black with brown markings on his face. He is missing an eye, but it seems like its been gone for a while and has healed well. Probably professionally removed. This sweet guy seems like he's been well cared for. He was found in the Kenswick neighborhood in the rain on June 19th. He is so sweet! Someone has got to be missing this guy.
