Looking for a GOOD roommate for the Oaks subdivision. Must have good since of humor and a tolerance for the same. I'm a morning person generally with a dog (very friendly Australian Shepard).
House is a 2 story 4bedroom 2.5 bath with 2 car garage which is full of my toys. (garage is the man cave LOL) Has large pool, fireplace, nice gym overlooking pool, guest room. ...house has full furniture with exception of rental room and small room (was going to be a guitar/goof-off room but is now more of a storage room - blah) On a very friendly cul-de-sac with excellent neighbors.

Will need to be good with dogs and willing to do a few helpful tasks that are required from living in a home. (nothing out of the ordinary)

Absolutely no smokers! No cats with claws!
It would be great of you love coffee and athletic/healthy minded. Really nice if you can keep a plant alive. You will need to be a generally outdoorsy person. (I don't keep the AC at 65 degrees)

Oh, and no Obama lovers. (If you vote for him, that's your business, but supporting all of his comments and actions, even when they are illogical ...annoys me)
Religious or not is also your business. ...but no evangelists on the television or radio.
Must be reliable and capable of maintaining the house while I am away. No heavy drinkers. Keep the house clean (no empty paper cups or pizza boxes laying around) and maintain a clean kitchen and occasional house-cleaning. (I'm not a neat freak, but don't like slobs, I have some nice things and I want them to remain that way) I'm not going to freak out because there are shoes in the living room.
If you just met someone at a bar and don't want them to drive home, I don't blame you, but bringing them to the house to sleep it off is not acceptable. I don't know them, you don't know them, don't bring them here.
If you have a psycho ex that vandalizes or stalks, then you are no longer an acceptable candidate for this quiet (usually), friendly home.

Male or female is ok. ...no transvestites or transgenders. (Sorry, try the Heights)

love the ad... recently moved out of Atascocita South. ...ur ad looks pretty simular to one i would post. I know how hard it is to find a GOOD roommate, trust me! Very few friends i know were fortunete to get good roommies. I have a sence of humor, and I am DEF not a tran or whatever you call them things, lo1! I am a morning person. Leave for work or the gym around 5ish every morning, except weekends. I am very respectful of others things too....some pep are not! Have always been an animal lover, worked at AtascaZoo Animal Hospital for 5 years. I am a morning person also. I leave for work around 5:20am M-F. Except weekends maybe 9 or so if im lucky. I am an outdoor person and tend to never just lay around much...I'd rather be at the gym. I work dn town for an oil and gas company full time, and side job as a personal trainer. Willing to help out on chores, etc around house..that a no brainer to me. Not a slob, heavy drinker, and quit bringing home strangers from the bar years ago :) Don't know them, don't trust them either! Dont blame you! Oh yea, and i don't get into politics....but I HATE OBAMA! I'm laid back and easy going. I'm gone most of the time between work, gym, and friends houses. I look forward to hearing from you...sounds like we would be compatable as roommates concidering what all in commom. Hope to hear from you. Curtis
