In order to qualify for the rebate, you must list Trinity Locators on the rental application. Failing to register Trinity Locators as your locating service may result in a forfeiture of the rebate.
Rebate amounts are based on a 12-month lease. We cannot give rebates to month-to-month leases. The rebate amount for a 6-month lease will be half the amount of a 12-month lease.
When visiting an apartment community you must list Trinity Locators on any guest cards.
You must sign a lease agreement for a period of six months or longer.
The rebate form must be received by Trinity Locators within 30 days of move in date. This form can be accessed and submitted to Trinity Locators online.
Trinity Locators will pay one rebate per apartment leased, as allowed by law.
Trinity Locators will issue your rebate after Trinity Locators has received payment from the apartment community, usually within 60 days after you move-in.
Your rebate is contingent upon you leasing at an apartment community that works with apartment locating services. Participating properties are located in our comprehensive database of Kingwood apartments.
Trinity Locators will not be held liable for any rebate amount when a commission has not been paid to Trinity Locators by the apartment community.
If you lived at the property before or are being transferred to a sister property, you may not be eligible for a rebate. A sister property is one that is affiliated with the community where you currently reside.
If you learned of the property or visited the property before you registered with Trinity Locators you may not be eligible for the rebate.
Any rebate offer is subject to the consent of the principals our Texas licensed real estate agents represent.
